These terms apply to FlatAtlas at flatatlas.app, operated by SuperSite s. r. o., Hany Ponickej 4769/18, 841 03 Bratislava – Lamač, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 51325390, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, section Sro, file no. 125831/B (“we”). What FlatAtlas is

FlatAtlas shows how published flat-Earth models arrange the Sun, the Moon and the planets above a flat map, in 3D, and compares them with the real sky. Positions of the bodies come from standard astronomy; the heights above the map come from the published models or your own settings. FlatAtlas is an educational and exploratory tool. It does not claim that any model is true, and it is not a navigation or safety instrument.

Accounts

You can use the basic map without an account. An account is free and is created on your first sign-in by email link or Google. Keep access to your email account secure; you are responsible for activity on your FlatAtlas account.

FlatAtlas Pro

• Price: a one-time payment, shown in the app before you pay (regular price USD 29.99; an introductory price may apply for a limited time, with its end date shown). Taxes such as VAT are calculated at checkout.
• What you get: the Pro features listed in the app at the time of purchase, and future Pro features, for your account.
• “Forever” means for as long as we operate FlatAtlas. It is not a subscription and never renews. If we ever shut the service down, we will announce it in the app at least 60 days in advance.
• Pro is tied to the account you buy it with and is for your personal use. One purchase per account; an accidental second purchase is refunded automatically.

Payment and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.

Refund policy

Refunds follow the Paddle Refund Policy, because Paddle is the seller of record. In short: you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Consumers in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, the UK, Turkey and Israel have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw; elsewhere Paddle may grant a refund at its discretion for requests made within 14 days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

To ask for a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt or write to support@flatatlas.app. After a refund, the account returns to the free plan.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other users’ data, or to copy the Pro map files for redistribution.

Content and sources

Maps, photographs and data come from the sources credited in the app (for example NASA, Natural Earth and GeoNames) under their licences. The FlatAtlas app, design and text are ours.

Availability and liability

We work to keep FlatAtlas available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and important changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by Slovak law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country. Consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
